Our Process

  1. GrassNectar Lawn Care starts by weed-whacking around the perimeter of your house, landscape beds, and around trees.
  2. We edge your property sidewalks and curb lines.
  3. Mow your grass and mulch clippings.
  4. We finish off by blowing off any organic debris from sidewalk and driveway.
  5. We can also bring in your garbage cans if they are at the curb.

GrassNectar Weekly Mowing Guidelines

We want to make weekly mowing simple and affordable for our clients. There are several factors that can increase or decrease the price, but these are our general guidelines:

  • The ideal mowing height is: 3-3.5 inches - the first cut of the season is done at about 2.5 inches to stimulate growth.
  • It is best to mulch grass clippings and return the nutrients to the soil - this is typical procedure.
  • We will bag clippings if the grass is overgrown and mulching will only pile the clippings on top of the freshly cut grass.
  • GrassNectar Lawn Care uses sharp mower blades - this puts less stress on the grass.
  • We have a minimum cost of $40 per mowing service regardless of square footage.
