Lawn Care FAQs
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If the rain is moderate to severe, unfortunately we will have to cancel and skip your scheduled mow day. We will reschedule to the next available day, but we try to stick to your weekly schedule. We may still cut your lawn if the rain is light, but it depends on the heaviness of the rain.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Most of our customers keep their credit card on file. We don't see your credit card number. In fact, we send you a link for you to input your own credit card number and it gets stored in our system. After services are completed, we charge the card and send you a receipt.
This way makes it convenient and easy for our customers.
We also accept cash or check.

Q: What’s the difference between weekly mowing and landscape maintenance?
A: Our weekly mowing service includes us coming to your property once a week and mowing your grass, edging your sidewalk, and blowing the grass off any hard surfaces. The focus is on mowing your lawn.
Our landscape maintenance service includes mowing, edging the sidewalk, eliminating weeds from your landscape beds, edging landscape beds, blowing the grass off any hard surfaces, and bush trimming.
The edging process may be broken up by weeks and maintained throughout the season especially if you have a large amount of landscape beds. Bush trimming happens once a year, depending on the type of bushes you have.
This money-saving service can help your property look it’s best throughout the season.
